Yes, our delivered pricing includes setup and delivery within our service area. Additional fees may apply for locations farther out. Sales tax is not included. Customer pickup options are self-service and do not include delivery or setup.

To confirm if we serve your area and whether any additional travel fees apply, simply enter your delivery address during checkout on the product page. If you’re outside our standard city limits, any extra delivery fees will be clearly displayed. You can also contact us directly for confirmation.
No. We arrive early so that your full rental time is available for play.
Generally, we arrive 30 minutes to 3 hours prior to your event start. If you’re hosting a large event (school, church, corporate), we’ll arrange a delivery time in advance. If we need to arrive earlier (up to 4 hours ahead), we will notify you the day before.
Yes. For drop-off, someone must be present to guide placement and review setup. For pickup, someone should be available until our team retrieves and inspects the equipment.
Absolutely. We clean and sanitize every inflatable after each rental using a CDC-approved, 3-step method. This includes vacuuming, disinfecting, and spraying before and after setup.
No, supervision is not included unless requested for an additional fee. Adults must monitor equipment at all times. You can hire our team for professional event staffing if desired.
Yes, we are fully insured and can provide a certificate upon request. Note: You are responsible for safe operation.
Yes. A blower keeps the unit inflated and must run continuously. We require a power outlet within 100 feet or a generator.
Each inflatable blower requires a dedicated 20-amp, 110-volt outlet within 50 feet of the setup location. For safety and performance, this outlet must be accessible at the time of delivery. If an outlet is not available within 50 feet, you will be required to rent a generator from us.

We require a minimum 5’ wide clear path. Equipment can weigh up to 650 lbs. Please inform us about stairs, narrow gates, or sloped yards in advance.
Yes. You must supply standard hoses long enough to reach the desired slide location.
Most parks do not have electricity, so if you’re planning a rental at a park, you’ll need to rent a generator. We offer generators for an additional fee.
Park setups often require early arrival, specific permits, and extra coordination.
We accept credit/debit cards and cash (exact change only). We also accept school or business checks, but no personal checks.
All orders require a deposit by credit card:
$100 minimum deposit for all rentals
The deposit secures your reservation and is applied toward your total balance.
Yes—if you cancel at least 7 days before your event, your deposit is refundable.
If you cancel within 7 days, the deposit becomes non-refundable, but we’ll gladly issue a rain check valid for 1 full year.
Important: If our team has already been dispatched, no refund or credit will be issued—full payment is required.
We understand that weather can be unpredictable. If rain or high winds are expected, we allow same-day cancellations for a full rain check.
Most standard units are 13’x13′ or 15’x15′. Exact dimensions and required clearance space are listed on each product page.
Each inflatable can typically accommodate 5–6 small children at a time. For older kids or teens, we recommend fewer participants and grouping jumpers by similar size to ensure safety.
Standard bounce houses are not intended for adults, but many of our larger obstacle courses and slides are suitable for teens and adults. Check the product description for recommendations and weight restictions.
ou’re not responsible for normal wear and tear. Seams may loosen over time, especially in high-traffic areas—if you notice any damage, contact us immediately so we can address it.
However, you are responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines, such as:
Operating the inflatable in high winds
Allowing roughhousing or unsafe behavior
Using prohibited items (see below)
To keep everyone safe and protect our equipment, the following items and actions are strictly prohibited inside or around inflatables:
Silly String (it permanently stains and damages vinyl)
Face Paint, Glitter, Confetti, or Colored Hair Spray
Food or Drink inside the inflatable
Shoes, Glasses, or Jewelry while bouncing
Pets or Animals
Sharp Objects (including keys, toys, or tools)
Smoking or Open Flames
Flipping, Wrestling, or Climbing Walls
More jumpers than recommended
Mixing small children with large children/adults
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the rental, forfeiture of your payment, and full responsibility for any resulting damage.
