🎉 FUN PREP CHECKLIST — WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING

Thank you for booking with FunTown Inflatables — we’re excited to be part of your upcoming event! To help everything run smoothly, here’s a quick guide on what to expect after you book and how to prepare for delivery day:
âś… 1. DELIVERY TIME FRAME
You’ll receive a text or message with your delivery window the day before or morning of your event.
We usually arrive 1–3 hours before your event start time for setup.
🚪 Please have someone available to meet our team and show us the setup location.
đź“Ť 2. PREP YOUR SETUP AREA
Make sure there’s a clear path to the setup location.
Yard must be free of sticks, rocks, debris, and pet waste.
Keep pets indoors during setup and takedown.
🧼 Clean space = fast, safe setup!
🔌 3. POWER & WATER
Ensure there’s a working power outlet within 50 feet of where the inflatable will go.
If your rental includes a water slide or splash feature, have a garden hose ready at the setup location.
No power nearby? Ask us about generator rentals!
đź“‹ 4. SAFETY & RULES
Our team will walk you through all safety instructions at setup.
Rules and prohibited items include:
No shoes, food, drinks, gum, or sharp objects inside the inflatable
No flips, horseplay, or climbing walls/netting
No silly string (causes permanent damage to inflatables)
Adult supervision required at all times
Do not use during high winds or storms
📆 5. CANCELLATION, WEATHER & PICKUP
Cancel 7+ days in advance for a full refund.
Cancel within 7 days (non-weather): rain check valid for 1 year.
If rain/high wind is expected, you may cancel before we dispatch for a full rain check.
Once our team is en route, full payment is required.
🌪️ We reserve the right to cancel any rental due to unsafe weather conditions such as high winds or storms. We will never sacrifice safety and will confirm with you ahead of time if a cancellation is necessary.
🕓 For pickup: Please leave the inflatable running — we’ll deflate and pack it up for you!
