✅ BEFORE YOU BOOK — CUSTOMER CHECKLIST

Make sure the following are ready before placing your reservation:

📅 Event Planning Tips

  • Book early — 2–4 weeks in advance during busy season (May–August)

  • Choose early start times for young kids’ birthday parties

  • Consider shade, seating, and water stations for guests

  • Add tents, tables, or chairs if needed

  • Always have a backup indoor location in case of bad weather

📍 Location Requirements

  • Flat surface with at least 3–5 feet of clearance around the unit

  • Grass is preferred (concrete/asphalt is okay with proper anchoring)

  • No gravel, sand, or rocky surfaces (can damage equipment)

  • Keep pets and sprinklers away from setup areas

📦 WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH YOUR RENTAL

  • Delivery & setup starting at 9:00 AM (you will receive a scheduled window)

  • Safety walkthrough and equipment instructions

  • Pickup begins after your event’s scheduled end time

🧼 Cleanliness & Safety Promise

  • All units are cleaned and sanitized after every use.

  • Equipment is properly anchored to prevent tipping or shifting

  • You’ll receive a full safety briefing during setup

🔌 Power Requirements

  • Each blower needs a 20-amp, 110v outlet within 50 feet

  • Please test your outlet ahead of time

  • No shared breakers with other appliances if possible

  • If power is not accessible, rent a generator from us

  • Generators come filled — customer responsible for fuel monitoring and refill

🌦️ Weather Policy

  • If rain or high winds are forecast, you may cancel before dispatch for a full rain check (valid 1 year)

  • Once we are en route, full payment is due — no refunds

  • If you cancel 7+ days before your event, you’ll receive a full refund

  • If you cancel within 7 days (non-weather related), a rain check is provided

  • Generator rentals for park or off-grid events

  • Tent rentals for shade

  • Table and chair packages for seating

  • Snow cone machine with cooler and umbrella (ice & supplies not included)

  • Carnival games, obstacle courses, and combo inflatables
